My 01 Outback has a stuck gate/trunk/hatch.  It will not open.
I have tried the "push on the handle" idea that I read online, but no
luck.  I pulled the cover off the back of the trunk so I could look at
the mechanism, but I don't see what's wrong.  

    Any ideas on what to look for in there?
