This is basically the same as my car (except that mine is manual).
Low milage => drivetrain is likely to be good and should last twice that
with proper maintenance. How much? If the price is right, I'd
recommend getting it. Apart from CV boots getting torn regularly
and a couple of heat shields coming off and making noises, mine has
been pretty much trouble-free.

Weak spots as far as far I can tell:

- Only about 25-26 mpg city, 29-32 highway (and the tank is 11 gallons).
- With AC on, the power drain is quite noticeable. Accelerating
steep uphill takes time... Forget street racing :-)
- The rust protection is nowhere near that of the late 1990s or 21st
century models. Still better than 1980s Subarus. I did have several
small spots developing (that's WI with tons of salt during winter) but
taking quick care of them with RustBullet was really easy.
- Back seat leg room is not great and trunk is smallish.
- More sensitive to wind at highway speeds than I like.

Still, this is a perfect city commute car that's been very reliable and
100% solid in winter and I hope to keep it for many more years. At has
kept me moving from point A to point B for 13 years with no
problems whatsoever.
