Hi! Does anyone know what the voltage needs to be for the two black
wires going to the heating element in the front oxygen sensor?

What is the operating Voltage between the Black wires and ground?

I have one wire giving 12V but the other gives 2.85V :-(

Any help with the info would be appreciated
