Subaru Releases Exiga In Japan

  Subaru has officially released the Exiga crossover SUV / wagon in Japan.  It might not seem like such a big deal, but considering the fact that this is one of Subaru's newest vehicles and is essentially an AWD MPV that seats up to 7 people at one time, this is a pretty big deal for Subaru.  The vehicle comes in two flavors - a 2.0L naturally aspirated motor, and a 2.0L DOHC  turbocharged engine (2.0GT), and as we already stated, will come with Subaru's traditional AWD system.  Subaru put out s...

So, how is that different in concept from Tribeca?

The styling looks like Mitsubishi Highlander or something
like that.

Smaller than the Tribeca and able to use a 4 cylinder engine. Probably
better gas mileage. I'd have to see it in the flesh, but it may be a
worthwhile replacement for my minivan when the lease expires in
December of 2009....
