I have a 1984 subaru Touring Wagon (EA81) and am having trouble
getting parts. My local subaru dealer is pretty unhelpful and keeps
telling its 'too hard to get for cars that old'.

I can get generic parts from the local autopro (filters, drive shafts
etc) but sometimes I really need a new subbie part. Any
recommendations for mail order/online operations in Oz that deal with
older subbies?

There's some great operations in the states....but the frieght is a
killer.

All I want is some roll pins for the drive shafts right now but its
seeming difficult to get them.
Thanks
Al

Roll pins are a fairly generic item.  I would be surprised if roll pin
from a newer model Subaru were not identical

I'd expect some of the pre 80s dealerships to have various stuff
especially the city ones that aren't yet part of multi-bran
conglomerates, or some in regional areas.
Whereabouts are you
