Is it possible to fit Cruise control to a manual '96 Camry?

Should be possible as many manual shift vehicles come with cruise. One of
many good sources is http://www.bought4less.com/ I've purchased from them
and they have great tech support after the sale.
Most important caution is to make sure you hook cruise to some type of
disable switch on the clutch pedal and neutral switch so engine doesn't
over-rev.

Yes. Buy the electronic one specified for your application, the vaccum
ones work well, but the electronic ones are more forgiving in my
installation experience.
