New newsgroup for Camry Hybrid?

How do we go about developing a newsgroup for the new 2007 Toyota, Camry,
Hybrid?.....Prius has one, how about Camry?

Not meant to be funny, but to be practicable:

Reasons not to start a new group:

#1  Is it really that busy here that we don't have room for more Camry owners?.

#2  The 2007 Camry Hybrid is still a Camry, is it not?

#3  We're not so snobbish as Prius owners, and don't care to be.

#4  If there were such a group, wouldn't those few members feel awfully lonely?

#5  2007 owners wouldn't know where to look for another group.
