My 91 camry windows all work fine from the master switch.  When I try
any of the other 3 from their individual switches none of them work.
The window lock switch on the master switch appears to be working as it
turns the little green lights off on all the 3 switches for the
passenger 3 windows when I depress it.  The power locks also dont work
from either driver or passenger side??? Thanks In advance for the help!!

The "little green light " as you describe it is pre relay , and this
is indeed a common problem.Go to the control relays and look for a bad
earth, you can run an independant earth which usually solves the
problem straight away.
