96 camry 2200 timing mark setup

hi..i have a 96 camry that i believe has jumped a tooth on the belt..i
have replace the belt but wanna be sure the timing marks on the cam is
setup properly ..and help would be much appreciated

Use the Factory Service Manual:
http://oregonstate.edu/~tongt/camry/index.html

Personally, I found a toothpick was helpful to center the mark on the
front cam bearing in the tiny hole in the cam sprocket.
