camry starts sometimes, had the starter checked and it is perfect with the
starter out of the car i turned the key and it dims the digital clock in
the vehicle, battery is also fine where would i be getting this draw from
?

Was the amp draw of the starter tested, was the battery load tested.
Did you or a pro test it, what is battery no load volts

Is it an auto? Maybe intermittent fault in the cutout switch?
