The engine warning light on my 1992 Toyota camry V6 XLE is on. Could
this be from a bad PVC? If so where is it located on the engine? What
other problem would cause the warning light to come on?
Thanks,
Ed

Go to you local AutoZone or other parts stores that will help read the
OBD-II code for free. Then google it or post it here.

Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve is located on the rear
valve cover, under the intake plenum. If this is plugged you get oil
leaks as the pressure builds up in the crankcase, but not likely to
set a code by itself.

John, I think his car is pre-OBDII.

Sorry -- reading mixed years left and right. :) Haynes manual in the
local parts store should be able to assist with pulling the codes by
shorting DLC pins.
