Are the bulbs' filaments ok? Some look fine but are actually burnt
out. Use a voltmeter to check for voltage at the socket. Then probably
check the fuse (I don't have a schematic now so can't tell which bulbs
are related). .

Are you sure you have the lights enabled? If you have auto headlights (my
2001 did) you may only have only the daytime running lights on. As I recall
there was a switch postion where you could keep the headlights from coming
on, but the daytime running lights would still come on.
Just a thought, Check the stalk switch postion.

I do have the auto headlights. I tried all the postions of the stalk
switch. The tail lights never come ON, excpet when I use the break,
all the rear lights are ON.
