i have a 04 camry and am wondering if i can put dual exhausts and
maybe whole new engine so i can get more horsepower do you think it is
possible?

it can be done but it might be more cost effective to buy one with a
six cylinder already installed.

There are suspension and other differences between the V6 and 4 cylinder
Camry's. It's just not a matter of a different engine.

why do you want/desire/need more horsepower?
Do you plan on hauling a house trailer?
If you want more HP, buy a more powerful car with a bigger engine in the
first place, don't dick around making changes to your "underpowered" car.

You can probably drop a V6/tranny/ECU combo. Then you need to get a
new radiator, new brakes, etc. V6 of that year is probably OK, 2007+
with the U-series U660E transmission should be avoided. Those gear-
skipping trannys are junk. No cures yet that I heard of except getting
a new one and wish for good roulette luck.
