My Toyota Camry 96 4 Cylinder is missing the label that gets displayed
on the engine that reads 16-valve... Does anyone know the part number
or where I can get another one?

Toyota parts can get it...

Things like this you go to the toyota parts department or their online
sales sites. A cheaper alternative is to check the junkyard.
