I don't know what a VIB11 is, but I use a Garmin Nuvi 650.  It sits in
perfect position on the open door lid of the compartment under the radio.
No mounting bracket, no suction cup, or anything needed.  A little foam is
optional, although the power cord wedges it nicely in position.

I am surprised that the unit is able to receive the satellites with its
antenna buried way down under the radio, but it certainly works well.
