anyone have a 2005 4 cyl ??
am thinking of trading in 99 6 cyl but wonder how the 4 cyl compares in
acceleration

I have one (base model) and the engine is a good engine. It's VERY
torquey, and reasonably smooth too.  The gearing is very long, about 30
mph per 1000 rpm, at 60 mph the tach says 2,000 rpm.  It's rated at 164
hp but the torque is fine all over the place.  It will definitely keep
up with the traffic.
