89 Toyota 4x4 3.0/v6 idle problem....

I have a 89 toy have a problem with the idle if i step on brakes engin
lopes i have changed power break booster and cleaned egr valve. it wil
sometime do it w/o steping on the break and only after at operating tem
need help plz thn

Idle set too high?
