Windshield washer only pumps when wipers are "on";  no more push the
button and wipe.  Either low or high and it pumps fine.  Just push wash
button, nothing happens.  Need a good diagnostician's help. No fuses burnt.

Thanks
Mark

Hate to say this but it sounds like your wiper switch.

Have you thought about buying a new switch?

The button switch is very simple --- could be dirty.  The button on end pops
off and there is a washer and spring inside.  When you push button the metal
washer shorts out and makes the connection.
