Windshield washer only pumps when wipers are "on"; no more push the button and wipe. Either low or high and it pumps fine. Just push wash button, nothing happens. Need a good diagnostician's help. Give it a go yourself if yoru mechanicaly inclined. You cant stuff it any further I suppose.
