Had a bad batch of gas/ removed and drained tank/ reinstalled and added
fresh gas and now it won't start. Is their any special  priming
procedure in starting after the tank runs dry? How do I check to make
sure the fuel pump is functioning?
Thanks/ Barry-Vermont

Just a couple of points, is the fuel pump connected? there should be two
connectors fuel gauge and fuel pump. and are the fuel hoses the correct way
around? One is supply and the other is return. hope this gives you a place
to start.
