I've only got speeds 3 & 4 on heater fan, does anyone know location of
resistor pack?

Not exactly - but I can give you a series of reliable clues...

* It has a rectangular cover plate that mounts with screws into the
side of the duct.

* It will be within a foot of the fan wheel outlet.

* It will be in the side of the heater duct in the direct airflow.
The resistor has to have continuous air over or it toasts.

* It will most likely not be in the fan intake duct because there's a
Fresh/Recirc selector valve flap there.  Neither side has reliable
airflow at all times.

* It will have a multiple conductor wiring harness plugged in that
leads to the fan switch on the dashboard on one end, and the other end
goes to the fan motor power leads - follow the fan motor cable back.

You might have to stick your hands on the top side of the duct, or
get a hand mirror around to see it on the firewall side (and get a
super-stubby or right-angle ratchet screwdriver to R&R it), or take
the glovebox liner out to see and reach it on the top surface - but
it's got to be somewhere in that immediate area.
