I dont intend to be mean but if you have to ask let someone else do the job.

If its the Fan/AC/Water pump belts your on about all you should need is a
small socket set and a very large screwdriver or longish iron bar.

If you think your up to the job repost and someone will tell you how. As
long as you dont over tighten theres not a LOT of options to stuff anything
badely.
