Illegal Immigrant wants to "fix the broken law"

She has been arrested and they (the government) has deported her back to
Mexico. Her issue is that her son is an American citizen. The broken law is
that her son is an American just because she managed to get here before she
delivered. The son should be of the same citizenship as the mother. Period.

If the mother was a LEGAL immigrant, then her child(ren) should
automatically be American citizens upon birth, but if the mother is an
illegal immigrant then the child(ren) should be citizens of wherever
themother is from, not citizens of America.

This case has been smoldering for 10 years. 10 years. She was captured and
deported, then she came back and used a forged SSN, and gave birth, AFTER
she lost a deportation hearing but remained here anyway. Now, she has the
balls to suggest that the government is to blame for ripping her son from
her arms, but5 her choice TODAY was to return to Mexico alone or with her
child. She elected to leave her child behind.

The broken law is the one that gives a mother the choice. The law should be
fixed, and the fix is to NOT grant automatic citizenship to a baby that has
the good fortune to be born before his mother gets caught. Then, when the
mother is ultimately caught, the baby goes where the mother goes.

sh.t what we need is to send all the illegal white immigrants that stole Amerika from the Natives back to Europe. That would solve
a lot of problems...

Point well taken.

I also post to alt.autos.toyota, where these sorts of political topics come
up frequently. I posted my diatribe to the wrong group, twice.

Since this is *not*  a moderated forum, how do you propose to
stop anyone who wants to post anything about anything, on  OR
off topic   ???????????

Complaints to many ISP's will get the users reprimanded or even their
account suspended for continued abuses.

That's a stretch since many ISPs would rather have their monthly $$$$ from the subscriber. After all, with unregulated
crapitalism, the buck rules all.

Nonsense!   Virtually all the major ISPs and most of the smaller
ISPs still around have long ago written off the few crybabies and
self-appointed NetKKKops who badger them with their petty
malcontent whining about Usenet, particularly when it involves
differences of opinion in  *unmoderated*  forums.  The TOS of
major ISPs don't even mention Usenet anymore.   Flooding and
excessive x-posting  'might' get the attention of a few ISPs, but
posting of a subject  *you*  happen to not think should be posted
is of little consequence to an ISP.   Put in simple language,  you are
pissing in the wind.   Moreover, when someone marks a post as
"OT,"  you should have enough common sense to either not read
it or use your filters to block the poster.

Sorry, but you don't have enough experience if you think so. Sending
full headers with the complaint will often get an abuser removed.

Oh, I understand now, thanks for clearing things up.  In other words,
you are either a Fuckwit or a self-appointed NetKKKop or maybe
even both.    So which is it?

I didn't report anyone for the OT post, I was correcting misinformation
about how they can be stopped - are you always such a nasty person?

They are called  "Anchor Babies,"  and illegals use them to ultimately
bring their entire families to the U.S.   The Anchor Baby loophole in
U.S. immigration law is but one broken part of U.S. immigration law.
Don't count on either  Democrats OR Republicans to fix the loophole.
George Bush AND Hillary Clinton both suuport illegal immigration.

American has been sold out, and just around the corner is the
North American Union (NAU).  The NAU will dismantle national
borders between Mexico, USA, and Canada.  After that comes the
one world government.      STAY TUNED!

                ATTENTION
**************************************
There is NO "anchor baby loophole."  It's clear in United States
law that NO "fruits of a poisonous tree" are legal.  Read it again:
>It's clear in United States law that NO "fruits of a poisonous tree"
>are legal.

It's very simple to understand:  If you are breaking the law/
commiting a crime then acts which might normally be
considered legal which result from your action are now illegal.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PROFIT FROM YOUR CRIME

No child of any ILLEGAL immigrant has citizenship.
(And we shouldn't be paying their damn hospital bills
either).

Technically you are wrong. Anybody that has the good fortune to be born on
American soil is automatically an American citizen, regardless of the
immigration status of the parent(s)/mother. Since the child is a citizen, he
or she can apply for immediate family members -- parents, brothers,
sisters -- to become resident aliens (legal immigrants).

This baby is what is termed an anchor baby. Like a boat, one throws the
anchor overboard and waits for it to catch a hold of something. The baby is
the anchor to legal immigration status.

This is the "broken law" that needs to be fixed.
Fuller Rath - 21 Aug 2007 21:16 GMT
It's called "amending the constitution."  Good luck on that one!

And some lamer telling a person in a Toyota group about being a netkop
in a completely off topic thread.... Why do you zealots and trolls
