Recently discovered that I have Anti-freeze leaking from the Water
pump area, at the same time
I noticed that my clutch fan is REALLY loose. Will just replacing the
the clutch fan be the cure or
should I replace the water pump as  well as a precaution ?

if water is leaking you need a water pump or at least a pump seal.
check to make sure the loose fan clutch is not a loose water pump shaft.
you might just need a water pump.
