I am about to loosen the pulley on the main shaft of my LJ70. Anybody
with a bright idea for preventing the engine from turning around when I
try to loosen the nut? The head is off so I would prefer not to turn the
engine on the starter engine and I have no power tools... ie. air wrench

bolt something over no 1 cylinder so that the piston rises and pushes
against it as you undo the nut.
