1992 toyota celica with a charging problem

My battery only stays charged for three days before it dies. This is
the third battery I have gone through in a matter of months. What
could possibly cause this to keep happening?

Bad alternator, bad voltage regulator, cheap battteries, poor battery
connections or ground, or high parasitic draw.
