Much more powerful than Outhouse Express, natively handles yENC, combines
split articles, etc, searchable by subject or author, very well done. And
it's totally free. They do have a Tip Jar, if you're so inclined.
You also need the Gtk Runtime to go with it. Install Gtk and then Pan;
For Pan 0.14.x or older:
* Be aware that these versions of Pan are over three years
old and are no longer supported.
* Install GTK-Runtime-Environment-2.2.4.1.exe before
running the Pan installer.
