No, while I am more in favor of tossing them out on their collective ear, the fact is, as Arnie mentioned, they are getting their 'health care' in the ERs at the rat of $250-1200 per visit! If he does put them on health care, this will cut the drain on society to 1/5 of the cost. There is a signifigant savings to be had there.
