Measure and record radial and lateral runout on each of the rotors.  How
much torque was applied to each lug nut when installing the wheels, and were
the lug nuts tightened in a start pattern on 2 passes?

What is the condition of the tires?

Did the condition exist before you  replaced the rotors?

When you replaced the rotors, what was the condition of the caliper slide
pins and sleeves?

How about checking the wheel bearing while you're at it.

I installed new rotors on my BMW, and the rotors were not true. I called the
maker of the rotors and they shipped a new set for free that were not true
either. I had them trued (machined to be straight) and installed them. The
trouble was immediately resolved. I then trued the original set and wrapped
them in newspaper after coating them with grease in the hopes of avoiding
rust formation before I need to use them.

Moral of the story is, you can not be sure that rotors are true, and smart
money takes the extra step of having them checked and machined if needed
before they are installed.

In any case, your trouble is not caused by bleeding, or the lack thereof.
