OK, so, while I may have ruffled some feather here, these posts weren't
actually aimed at any of the Liberals here. I really don't consider any of
the Liberals here /stupid/; a little 'misguided', perhaps, but not stupid.

So, why the rants? After a three years hiatus, I started listening to the
BBC again, to get a different /slant/ on the news...

Different slant, indeed. No 'middle-of-the-road' reporting, none of the
good old 'stiff upper lip' reporting. these people are LIBERAL. I mean,
these paople are *READICALLY* Liberal! It gives me a friggin headache
listening to them sometimes!

I stopped listening to Limbaugh because I didn't want someone telling me
how to think (not that he ever could, but he cartainly *TRIED* like hell!)
but now the BBC has taken up the same tack, only *WORSE*! They don't let
you draw your own conclusions, they *TELL* you what conclusions you should
come to.

For example: the failure of a multi-Billion $$$ generating plant in Iraq.
After saying the US funded the plant, that the plant failed miserably and
did not add at all to the electric generation in Iraq. What they failed to
mention was that the IRAQI operators put the WRONG KIND OF FUEL in the
generators and RUINED them. Instead, it was spun to make it look like the
US phuqued up.

OR, their hurricane 'expert'. It has been reported that 'climate change'
is responsible for the doubling of the amount of hurricanes in the past
100 years. DO YOU THINK?!?!?!

But, their 'expert' claims that man-made Global Warming is responsible for
70% of the increase in hurricane activity. Really?! How did he quantify
that, since there isn't even really a good quantification of how much
Global Warming is caused by man...excpet for the report where the BBC's
own reporter told us, "It's us." Yeah, I'll take *YOUR* word for it...

I probably will keep listening to the BBC but not as much, and, as Glenn
Beck advises, I'll keep a roll of Duck-Tape handy, to wrap around my head
to keep it from exploding...

Honest to God, I would say they are twice as bad a Limbaugh...
