"I see less sexism, and there will be less in ths generation, and less in the next generation..." Does this woman watch MTV? Does she visit college campuses? My job takes me to all the colleges in the area, and the guys treat the women like pieces of meat, and the women love it. Not all women like it, mind you, but a lot do. I also play in a lot of bars, and a lot of the women *ACT* like pieces of meat. Look at ads on TV. I especially like the AXE ads, where using a certain shower gel will have women beating down your...uh, door. Beer ads are good, to. There are LOTS of ads that portray women as stupid pieces of meat while the men have the control. I see this echoed a lot on the college campuses I go to for my job. Not entirely, of course, but to a good extent. (Before TV/media ads, etc. look back to theater entertainment.) Whereas anything approximating gender equality in the job/career arena hasn't. He's often made fun of re: his mangling of the English language, but that's not the same sort of thing as this is.
