ricer 851 up, 154 down love ithate it
When a moron (see: retard, dumbass) decides to take a car (foreign or domestic)
and tries to make it look fast. The car will not really gain any hp or
performance, but it will gain numerous stickers and yellow paint. It can
be identified by one of the following:
1. The sound of a loud fart in a coffee can.
2. The yellow blob with a bookshelf on the trunk that is 1/4
mile behind real cars.
3. A Honda that has "performance mods" such as stickers, seat harnesses,
and a fire extinguisher in full view (just in case the things catches on fire when it hits 40 mph).
4. A driver who claims his car has 100hp per liter but will not fess up to the fact that
his car has a total of 43 ft/lbs of torque.
Ricers are fags.
A small vehicle that's big on ignorance. Usually laden with asinine "mods", like
garish plastic ground effects that were never painted to match the rest of
the car, a giant whale-tail even though it's front-wheel-drive, and a
fart-can whose sound encourages everyone to turn and laugh at the driver.
This phenomenon is sad, really. It may have resulted from the fact that
stupid consumers flocked to front-wheel drive, despite the fact that these
cars handle like a sled on concrete and AREN'T WORTH MODIFYING.
honda civic with no payments left on it bought by second owner who then tints the windows and puts a spoiler and fart cans.
Generally speaking, the owner
1.places decals on every visible surface.
2.Puts on clear altezza tail lamps just in case people didn't realize they are a ricer, not a nizzle!
3.Installs tailpipes aka fart pipes mimicking the sound of a geriatric patient with rectal prolapse.
4.may put neon lights on or under car
5.puts a stereo in which makes the cheap plastic add-on components rattle like a can being kicked down the street.
6.the owner may put a spoiler on the Civic so as to have more surface area upon which to place stickers,
and to make sure the cops know there's weed in the car.
7.Ricers show their spirit by neutral -dropping their 150,000 plus mileage vehicles at the stoplight
only to be subjected to total ownage by SUV's pulling large boats.
*Ricers are common in New Jersey now due to the fact that they stopped
making Camaros
*Ricers are the more annoying of supspecies of neanderthal
that put aftermarket rims and ghetto fabulous shizzle on their
transportizzle.
Read: Superfluous plastic accoutrements, including, but not limited to Alteeza lights, wings,
bodykits, misc. other body parts (wheel flares, BMW gills, false air
intakes, grills), contraband badges, parts taken off other cars and used
for aesthetic purposes, and stickers particularly those of the Type R
variety. Also includes pointless modifications such as
functional/nonfunctional exhaust tips, exhaust resonators that produce the
sound of a performance exhaust system, "cold air intakes" located in areas
of excessive heat (behind or on top of the engine), excessive use of
chrome, neon and strobe lighting (in any location), excessively large
wheels and tires, gaudy wheels(color matched to the car or containing
spinning parts), brake rotors painted in a way that emulates performance
brakes, and fake blow off valves that emulate the sounds made by a real
turbo(s). In addition these types of vehicles are excessively lowered to
the point of immobility.
Although a common blight in imported automobiles coming from the Asian
continent, the disease has spread to European and American vehicles as
well. Both cars and trucks are effected. Male owners under the age of 25
who suffer from an inflated sense of self and a small penis most
frequently fall victim to this disease.
Honda
Japanese engine manfacturing company that makes more then just cars.
Their engines are very relible and well-built, however its nothing special
to have one. Your 2004 Honda Civic has the same specs as my 1995 Ford
Contour (hazardmobile) with 103,000 miles on it, yet I would still beat
you if we raced due to the drag produced by the 30 pounds of NOS stickers
and the 20 pound inverted 747 wing on 3 foot stilts attatched to the rear
of your front-wheel-drive car.
Toyota
One of the many tools of Japan to take over America, possibly even all of
Asia. Designs products for hippies that are no longer free birds,
primarily for 50 yr old women. Doesn't have the balls to make anything
exciting anymore.
Toyota
1. A supremely reliable car of Japanese design. Formerly imported direct from Japan, now more commonly assembled in the USA.
2. Most likely any non-Honda car with over 300,000 on the odometer.
3. A vehicle with normally bland body styling, an underpowered engine,
and weak acceleration that is easy on the wallet, and prettymuch
indestructible.
4. A company known mostly for the Camry, that has a
produced a few outstanding exceptions to itself. Namely the Celica Supra,
and the Mid-Engined MR2.
5. Also sold under the Brand 'Lexus', and more
recently 'Scion'.
Me: Dad, when are you going to get rid of that '73
Corona of yours?
Dad: When the engine finally dies.
Toyota
Toyota: A Japanese based automotive company that is highly involved in
CART and Indy racing leagues. Produces efficient and long lasting cars, as
well as performance cars such as MR2 SW20, Corolla AE86, and of course
Supra. While Toyota has its nay-sayers normally consisting of Domestic
manufactures supporters, Toyota works in conjunction with Cheverolet to
produce cars that cost less, but, with the same quality one would expect
from each company.
