There is no "cable" like a coaxial cable. Are you trying to repair
something?

Your best bet is to get the speed signal from the speed sensor mounted near
the transmission output shaft.

You mean the speed signal as used by the PCM?

You'll need the wiring diagram for your car to know that.

The speed control on the Carolla is attached to the throttle. IF you
expect to keep up with all the other traffic on the mountain you must keep
the throttle to the floor LOL
