A friend had one and liked it a lot. I don't know why He sold it, but
that's his nature, to buy and try. He's driving a Honda Ody now.

A hybrid minivan would have been a more attractive purchase for me
since I like my 2001 Ford Windstar. The better mpg, the side airbags,
and stability control are the main reasons for a new vehicle. The
Windstar has sonar backup warning that keeps me from backing into
people and other things and I am not sure if the camera will work as
well. I think that I am giving up 40 cubic feet of cargo space by
going to the HH.
I did a test drive of the HH in the winter and the performance on a
snow packed road seemed to be OK, but I haven't had any problems with
the Windstar which is FWD with traction control.
In the summer time, I take the third row seat out to carry our
bicycles inside the vehicle, but will have to get a bike carrier for
HH. I looked at the local Trek store and they had a Saris bike rack
that looked OK, but access to the back hatch isn't possible without
taking the bikes off the rack.

There are receiver hitch-mounted bike racks with a hinge that allows the
bike rack to swing to the side with the bikes still attached so you can
access the rear hatch easily, like the Tule Revolver or Yakima Swing Daddy,
Flip Side, or Double Down.
Happy Motoring!

I got my HH on June 22. I haven't driven enough to get a mpg
measurement, but the display is indicating that I am getting 22 mpg.
I bought the 5 year key replacement protection -- It would be better
and cheaper if one could avoid those expensive keys.
I am getting door edge protectors, because the doors seem to hit
something every time they're opened.
I bought a Saris Cycle-On bike carrier and the bikes load and unload
quickly. The tailgate swings completely open when there isn't a bike
on the innermost rack or when the rack is folded up when not carrying
bikes. When both bikes are on the rack, the tailgate can be opened
partially. The bike rack obstructs part of the view of backup camera,
but the camera is still usable.

Me thinks you should be worrying more about the doors that are going to hit
YOUR car. LOL
As to a third key, I get away ask for a free third key from the dealer
before I sign my check to pay for the car.

I bought the door side strips option.

I wish that I had done that.
