Mike Hunter - 17 Nov 2009 19:01 GMT The Dims are deathly afraid of her, that is why they want the kooks to forget she had more executive experience than did either their President or Vice President candidates, dummy. Apparently you are one of then that have fallen for it, Joe$#itForBrains.
Now that they are in office the country is starting to pay the enormous cost of their lack of executive experience

All she needs are braces to complete the image.

Otherwise, she would've clearly seen that the runner's magazine reserved the right to sell the pictures to another publication.
This is scary. Imagine how she'd misunderstand a treaty or a piece of legislation.

No, the Democrats are afraid of Mike Huckabee, who's an ideological nut job just like Palin but is intellitent, informed, and appears sane.
> Now that they are in office the country is starting to pay the enormous cost > of their lack of executive experience How much less would the debt be if GW Bush had been allowed to serve a third term? Very, very little, according to his budget office's last forecast. Mike, it's you and your type whose politics gave us this 10.2% unemployment. If you people had stuck to traditional Republican fiscal conservatism, like the kind practiced by President Eisenhower and most recently by President Clinton, you wouldn't have gotten the US into this mess.
Jeff Strickland - 18 Nov 2009 01:24 GMT >> It is time for REAL change. >> [quoted text clipped - 3 lines] > running shorts. But she was happy to pose for the picture in a magazine > for runners. Poor Sarah, the perpetual media victim. I suppose it doesn't matter at all that the photo was taken for an article about Women's Running, but Newsweek used it as a cover story for her Presidential qualities, or the lack thereof (I haven't read the story, but I admit that I assume Newsweek has very little good to say about Sarah Palin).
In the context of female sports, the picture is fine. In the context of Presidential Politics, the picture leaves much to be desired.

She chose to be photographed striking cutesy poses. She has no business bitching about where they end up.

Newsweek is an arm of GeoSorosEnt. They have no shame. You are an idiot, and have no shame.

Poor Sarah, the perpetual media victim. Newsweek itself said that it selected the best picture available to illustrate the theme of the cover. The theme of the cover is, Sarah Palin is a force that the GOP isn't ready for ...
How does a photo of her in shorts illustrate the theme of the cover?
They could have dusted off the close-up of her from 2008 and it would have been a better illustration of the theme of the cover.
Of course, you have no idea that the picture actually means anything to anybody, and Sarah is shedding crocodile tears because they used a picture she posed for.
JoeSpareBedroom - 18 Nov 2009 01:41 GMT >>> It is time for REAL change. >>> [quoted text clipped - 16 lines] > anybody, and Sarah is shedding crocodile tears because they used a picture > she posed for. The photo is perfect. It illustrates what she's willing to do in order to attract voters like the sot in Florida, who can't remember the last time he was within 100 feet of a naked woman.

Actually, "thinking ahead" is a funny name for BEING AN ADULT and considering the consequences of our actions.
I can't wait to see how "consequences of our actions" is twisted around in the next 100 messages. This should be hilarious.

He mugs for the cameras really well, though.

"Unemployment will be over 9% without this stimulus package" Perhaps. But it's 10% now, with a $1T deficit.
If he wanted to be a thinker, there are plenty of "Think Tanks" around the Washington area, and he could sit and think without ruining the country.
He could even do that in the toilet. All by himself, WITHOUT taking the rest of the country with him.
*I* think he's more concerned with what History will say about him. All I can hope is that the History books will record a one-term Presidency for him.

This should be hilarious. You are so clueless, you have no idea what the consequences are. Most of the rest of us have it all figured out, but clearly you do not.
It doesn't even matter what the topic is, the actual consequences and the expected consequences are not the same thing, and the actual consequences by all appearances are the unintended ones.

And we don't need a third adult child to lead the nation (Bill Clinton and George W. Bush). Palin is still like an immature teenge beauty queen who's envious about the big time and the big city. Pathetic. She's like the cliche for such a character.

I don't see why the Liberal Democrat media goes after her so much, when they have their own buffoon in the guise of the Speaker of the House.
She's dropped some real pearls, but her best was a few months ago when she appeared sniffling before the cameras saying, "I <SNIFF> have seen this <SNORT> kind of hatred before <SNUFFLE> in the 70's"
Yet Liberals think she's All That. Shows you what they have on the ball...

What happened to Hachi, the Thinking Hachi that is. Pelosi will be reelected to the house, if not to the speaker post. Palin, on the other hand, can't even get a strong statement of support from McCain (or Katie Coutric) (;P

Well, not here, here, but here. I mean, HERE! NO! NO! I MEAN, HERE! At home. Greenfield, Mass. If they keep slobbering we'll be flooded out! It's absolutely disgusting!
I think if he told them to jump off the Brooklyn Bridge, all the bus companies in New England wouldn't be able to keep up. It'd be like watching lemmings.
It is absolutely horrendous. I expect to see plastic icons for the dashboard springing up soon.
Hachi will become more balanced when the government becomes more balanced, instead of the one-sided slobberfest it is now.
Seriously, I doubt we'll see Palin emerge as a candidate. She's accumulated too much baggage from the Liberal press to be considered seriously enough except by true Conservative Republicans, and the Republican party cannot win an election based soley upon that. What they need is a Conservative, a proven one that hasn't had her foot shoved in her mouth, deservedly or not.
They need the Independant vote, and some crossovers (not crossdressers) from the Democrat side as well, and Palin won't do it for them. If they can find someone strong enough.
However, the Independants, even in this area, are beginning to have Buyer's Remourse over Obama, so maybe even Palin could carry that vote...
