car has no spark,have checked everything except ECM how do i do that
without a handheld device to use? Thanx Mike

To check the ECM, you will need a factory service manual and a volt meter.
You may be able to access the information online at Toyota's technical
information site http://techinfo.toyota.com/

When you say you "checked everything," are you using OEM ignition parts?
Did you check the igniter, high tension wires, plugs, etc.?  How did you
check them?
