What do we need intelligence for? My answer to that is we have plenty of enemies. Proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, terrorism. These and more. Many more. My newsreader has a newsgroup statistics feature that generates that report. If you wish to do the ratio calculations I would be glad to send the report to you in a text file.
