toy rear  window  defroster

having trbl removing the clip from the defroster pad using repair kit that
says remove clip but not how    clip in pad real tight any suggestions on
removal
for the guy who needs repair info  go to www.frostfighter.com they sell
kits for the rear window defrosters and do provide great trouble shooting
instructions on line  only trouble i have had with them is they don't
respond to your requests for on line help been wait two weeks for return

If you are using conductive paint to repair scratches in the defroster grid,
you do not have to remove the clip unless the pad that holds the tab that
the clip attaches to broke off the glass.  I believe the clip has toothlike
tabs to hold on to the tab.  If the tab is not attached to the glass, you
may be able to fit a very small screwdriver like the kind you use to repair
eyeglasses to get the tooth off of the tab.

will try that  mafg of kit never responed to how
to remove cilp from pad   guess they never did it
but make kits for both Vain & Pad Repair

What are you trying to repair?  Did the terminal fall off of the grid or is
the grid just scratched?  If the grid is scratched, there is no need to
remove the clip from the terminal.
