Hi all

My father has one of the above, it's a japenese import and come with
the 2.8TDI engine. The car is registered on the P. I understand that
the engine is of the simpler design where mixture/emissions are
controlled by a adjustable pump rather than a electronic system.

He would like to obtain a workshop manual (haynes or equivalent), but
being an import, such a thing does not appear to be readily available
in the UK. The Challenger is sold in the UK as the Shogun Sport, but
only comes with the 2.5 derv engine, which I'm led to belive is a
different engine

So my question is  - does anyone know where he might be able to obtain
a manual. Was this car sold in the states his version? would he be able
to obtain a manual from there?

Any help or pointers would be much appreciated!

Kind Regards

Andy

The 2.8 lacks the 2.5's timing belt. It was fitted to previous model shogun.
The Challenger/Sport is based on the L200 pickup so  a mix of  manuals for
these vehicles will have you covered if you use a bit of imagination
combined.
