Nissan Terrano

I have one of these and stapped the key i had the locks all done and
changed. Now it wont start the garage said it is not there doing.

Can anyone temm me were the immobilizer is so i can disconnect myself

Thrown enough money at it

My N reg ones don't have an immobiliser. If it hasn't got factory REMOTE
central locking then it won't have a Nissan immobiliser fitted. Have you
checked the stop solenoid and its electric supply?

This activates the sensor (a ring around the key hole under the plastic
cover).
Not sure that diconecting it will work though. The computer needs it to be
pluged in for it to work.

Best bet is to use your broken key chip (red thing) and tape it next to the
ignition key hole.
Or if the new key has a spot to put the chip in form the broken key do it
that way.
