Are you using the manufacturer's standard connections behind the radiator
grille? AFAICT, Pajeros aren't like most motors (switched earth). I have a
Pajero, but I've never needed to dabble into the electrics.

However, there are hundreds of members of the Pajero Owners Club
(http://www.pocuk.com/) who have dabbled and should be able to help. Search
the forums on that site, and if that doesn't answer your questions the club
is free to join - so you can ask for more info there.
