Cold Start Smoke

HI All

My Terrano 2

Just had a full service Mot fuel filter removed and many xtras

When its cold it smokes like hell, This is light light blue i think
and only does it after the car has been stopped for ages and really
cooled down

Any ideas before i spend any more

Has it just had a timing belt change also?

If so- its now a tooth (or two) out

Or else the cold start advance is stuck on.

my dad's LR 110 did this - it was valve stem oil seals.
