Question: Is it possible to run an internal combustion engine with
somthing other than motor oil as the lubricating or cooling agent?
Does anyone know?

Yes, you can run an IC engine with 2T as the lubricating agent and fuel
as the cooling agent.

An answer so staggeringly obvious that I'm astounded that you didn't know.

Also you can run a diesel engine with diesel as the lube and jet avtur as
the fuel !!!!
