I am having problems starting from cold, engine turns over fine when
warm. Seem to get a small cloud of smoke from rear of engine when
struggling to start.

I have had this problem for the last 3 winters and nobody can seem to
rectify. I have had this into several garages and they cannot find a
fault. Even on the diagnostic machine.

They have replaced my glow plugs, leads and fuel filters etc and the
problem is still happening.

Please could anyone give me some advise to try and cure this.
