So, pony up some cash for hosting, and for a developer and designer to make it work and look how you want, and an engineer to keep it hacker free. Then when you have done all that and paid all the wages and sat their waiting, wonder why nobody comes along because you would need to charge a membership to stay afloat, file as bankrupt.
