Or Just a little extra rain ?
Fortunately I will never suffer this problem unless the whole of Maidstone
is under water.
Are there insurance companies out there who charge less if you exclude flood
cover ?
I don't see why I should pay extra to cover those who live in  a floodplain
.

controversial  or what? Insurance is supposed to cover the masses by
spreading the cost but it does not work like that., People who live in a
flood area will pay more so why cant I pay less?
