Anyone have an idea of the cost of transporting a car?
Is it usually based on a fixed fee plus mileage?
Can anyone recommend a company in Essex that will do this job for me?
Many TIA

They's a repo/bankrupt stock dealer based in Exeter on eBay that will
provide transportation & cheaply if there in your area & going to your
destination, we had a car picked up here in the north & delivered to a buyer
in London
or
Hire a car trailer & DIY

Just what I was looking for! I haven't the time to DIY but thanks for the

I wanted one moving 3 miles and was quoted 80 pounds by a
transportation company 1 mile away.

Where's it to go to? If you tell us that, there may be someone
here who could 'fit it in' with another job. Or maybe someone could
tell you how much would be reasonable for such a trip.
