What size wheel rims to I ask for?

After a neat piece of kerb parking (not by me), I need to replace the
wheel rim on a fiest 1.3 (2000reg). The size in the mighty Haynes
manual say the tyre is 165/70 R13. But that's only the tyre (isn't
it?).So, can someone pls tell me what rim size Im looking for here?

Yep.

Have a look at the wheel. It'll be stamped on (steel) or cast in (alloy)
somewhere around the hub or the rim.

Wild guess... 4.5" or 5"

either ask for a new rim at a Ford dealer or go to a breakers yard and get
one, either place will know the right one for your car.
