Where can I get one of these - local post office won't give me any forms ('we are not large enough') and won't give me a list of which branches do. Very useful. Seems a bit curious that you can simply post a photocopy of your passport and driving license and get one - yet post offices require the originals. Oh well. Where are you going ? The standard pink licence is quite acceptable in many countries. (I fell for the overpriced, last-a-year grey one in my youth...) If you are driving in Europe you don't need one. Went out with the ark. Doesn't stop some organisations still selling them though. DaveK. |
