does anyone know how to take it out?

Mine is a standard din fitting, you just need the tool to put in the holes
to release it from the cradle.
maybe yours is different.

Most likely a K11 (the bubble sort of shaped one).
If it's anything like other Nissans of that era, you have to remove the
trim around the heater controls and radio, then unscrew the head unit
from the metal 'chassis' of the dash. Strangely, Nissan earth their head
units through the screws bolting the head unit into the dash.
