Often mentioned hereabouts as the epitome of cheap-to-run... Well, there's one appeared at a local car sales place. (NW M25) It's red. It's got "ONE OWNER" in big letters on the screen. The 1.5 is a relatively heavy on fuel. Barely any difference in real world economy (60 vs 65 mpg...), but the 1.4 can suffer HG failure. The 1.5 is pretty bulletproof, so overall economy of ownership-wise the 1.5 is potentially cheaper. Actually, looking for it on Autotrader, it's not a diesel, despite having a diesel bonnet on it. It's a 1.6 Automatic. Ignore me. Completely. >> How much? If you want to put a pug intercooler on the TD, then you need to get an automatic bonnet - AFAIK the diesel had the same bonnet as the rest of the range. >>> Well, there's one appeared at a local car sales place.
